Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Tilbo app and website. By using Tilbo you agree to them. If you download Tilbo from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. Who Tilbo is for
Tilbo is for adults — parents and caregivers. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. Children should only take part under your supervision.
Safety first. Magnetic tiles and their magnets can be a choking and swallowing hazard. Always follow the manufacturer’s age guidance and safety warnings, supervise children during play, check tiles for damage, and remove any cracked tile or loose magnet immediately. Swallowed magnets are a medical emergency.
2. Build ideas
Build ideas, steps, piece counts and time estimates are suggestions for play. Tiles from different brands vary, so a build may need adjusting. Tilbo describes general play and learning activities; it isn’t a substitute for professional educational, developmental or medical advice, and we don’t promise any particular outcome.
3. Your account
You can use Tilbo without an account. If you sign in, keep access to your Apple or Google account secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Me → Delete account). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Tilbo: don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the app or our servers, and don’t use it for anything unlawful.
5. Content and intellectual property
The app, its design, the Tilbo name and mascot, and the build library are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Tilbo for your family’s non-commercial use. Notes and photos you add remain yours.
6. Changes and availability
We may add, change or remove features and build ideas, and may suspend or stop the service. We’ll try to give notice of significant changes.
7. Disclaimers
Tilbo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for injury or loss arising from physical play with tiles or other toys. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use Tilbo after an update means you accept the new terms.
